Data deletion
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This page explains how to remove Voxpert's access to your social channels, how to have the data Voxpert received from them deleted, and how to close your MAS Labs account altogether. You can do it at any time, without having to give reasons.
Connecting social channels is coming soon: until it is live, Voxpert receives no data from the platforms, and to close the account what is written below applies.
Disconnecting a social channel
There are two ways, and either one is enough:
- From Voxpert. In the Studio, in the connected channels section, choose the channel and press "Disconnect". Voxpert stops using it immediately and deletes the access key the platform had given it.
- From the platform. In the settings of your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or Google account, open the section about connected apps and websites and remove Voxpert. The platform notifies us and we delete the access key.
Disconnecting a channel does not delete posts already published: they stay on your profile and you manage them from the platform.
What we delete when you disconnect a channel
Within 30 days of the request (usually straight away) we delete:
- the access key (token) the platform had given us;
- the identifier, name and picture of the connected page or profile;
- the data we had read from the platform about posts published through Voxpert (for example how many people saw them).
The texts and images you created in Voxpert stay in your account, because they are yours: you delete them whenever you want from the Studio, or by closing the account.
Closing the account and deleting everything
Write to [email protected] from the address you use to sign in to MAS Labs, asking for the account to be deleted. I reply to confirm and, within 30 days, I delete:
- your business profile and memory;
- posts, plans, calendar, images and uploaded materials;
- connected channels and their access keys;
- unused credits, after refunding purchased ones if you ask me.
I only keep what the law obliges me to keep: payment and invoice data, for ten years.
A deletion confirmation
If the request comes from a platform (for example when you remove Voxpert from your Facebook settings), you receive a confirmation code: by writing to [email protected] with that code you can find out how far the deletion has got.
