Got a digital business idea? Before you build it, find out whether it holds up.

I tell you whether it is worth building and what it costs to keep running. Even when the answer is no.

The three questions

The three questions · 01

Who will pay for your idea?

Not who finds it interesting: who actually takes out their wallet, how much they will spend, and how they solve the same problem today without you.

The three questions · 02

What does it cost to keep running every month?

Servers, payment fees, third-party services, support. The line that never appears in a quote, and the one that decides whether the project reaches its second year.

The three questions · 03

Which rules can stop it?

Privacy and data handling, e-invoicing, licences in your sector, VAT if you sell abroad. Constraints to know before you build, not after launch.

These are the three questions I answer with the numbers of your own case, before a single line of code is written. The answers change the project, not the way it looks.

Estimate

What does it cost to build? Five questions, one range.

It is not a quote and it is better than a quote: it is the order of magnitude, with the monthly costs nobody shows you before you sign.

How I work

First we talk, for free. Then, if needed, the audit.

What it contains

  • Market
  • Architecture
  • Running costs
  • Legal and tax risks
  • Verdict: yes, no, or like this
How it unfolds, day by day

03

If it holds up, I build it

Development, launch, monitoring. Whoever did the audit writes the code. The code is yours from day one.

04If it grows, I join as partner.Only in selected cases: real capital and customers already in hand.

I also say no.

An audit that always ends with a yes is a quote in disguise. If the idea does not hold up I write it down, with the numbers. That is when the audit saves you the most.

About me

25 years building things that have to stay switched on.

I am Marco Andrea Sala. For twenty-five years I have written software other people use to work: management systems, marketplaces, apps in the stores, backends that handle real payments.

I put Assobay into production, a marketplace with payments split across sellers, e-invoicing and shipping. I have published Android and iOS apps. I work on an ongoing basis with a US artificial-intelligence company. I work alone, with a few clients at a time.
