The feasibility audit

Two weeks to know whether your idea holds up.

It is neither hourly consulting nor a detailed quote. It is a reasoned, written judgement, with the numbers that support it.

Price
1,200 €
VAT excluded. Payable on confirmation, after the free first contact and before the first call.
If we then build it, the audit fee is deducted from the project.
Duration
2 weeks
Before the audit there is always the first contact, free: you tell me the idea and I tell you whether the audit is really needed.

How it runs

  1. 01

    First call, 45 minutes

You tell me the idea and who you would sell it to. I ask uncomfortable questions: who pays, how much, why they are not paying already. If I can see straight away that you do not need the audit, I say so here and it ends here.

  2. 02

Week 1 — market and rules

I look at who is already there, what they charge, what is missing. In parallel I isolate the rules that touch your idea specifically: payments, data, tax, sector.

  3. 03

Week 2 — architecture and numbers

I draw how it gets built, decide what to buy instead of writing, and put numbers on it: build cost, monthly running cost, realistic timelines with one person.

  4. 04

    Delivery and closing call

You get the report and we talk it through for an hour. If the verdict is no, I explain on what conditions it would become a yes.

The three possible verdicts

Yes
The idea holds up as it is. The report says where to start and what to leave for version two.
Like this
The idea holds up, but not in the shape you had in mind: the audience, the revenue model or the order of things changes. This is the most frequent verdict.
No
It does not hold up, and I write down why. You spent the price of an audit instead of a year and a development budget.

What you get

  • 01A written report, readable even if you are not technical.
  • 02The cost model: build and run, with the assumptions in plain sight.
  • 03The proposed architecture, with the discarded alternatives and why.
  • 04The list of regulatory risks that apply to your idea, worst first.
  • 05The verdict: yes, no, or like this — and in what order to start.
